Kampar trip!!

lucky he went to kampar with us! XD
so tht the long long loooooong Kampar trip report belongs to him!! XD

well~~ Kampar~ 1st time to go there actually~ to pay an early visit to a place~
where i will live for 3 years~~ XD

well~ i lived in perak areas b4~ so~ Kampar revealed itself exactly as i imagined!! XD
the misty weather~ big big lake~(west lake!, aka 西湖!!)
gigantic mountains~ those greenish surrounding i loved so much!
not like at Kl... all u'll face is those sky touching buildings...
and sure!!! Haze!!! it's like all year long IS HAZY DAYS!!!

together with me in this Kampar Trip is, Zhen Hui, You Yean, Jae Son, and SERENA!!!
lucky they are here~ they kept me in conscious~ there is a few time my brain flew away~ and nearly went to other places instead of Kampar! (Trolak =P)

we passed by alot of place~ most of them are supposed to be in my memory~ but i'm kinda blur about them~ yet~ i'm very sure i've been there b4!! XD

well~ fell in love with kampar!! Too much alike like my hometown~~ oh! i mean the surrounding areas~the air~ of course! cow dung!! back then me and my gang played alot wif them!! =P

well well~ go back to topic!
we traveled in this sequence!
KL -> Dunno wht highway(and all the way till..) -> Tapah Exit -> Kampar!!
took us like 2 hours to there!!! haven mentioned i maintained like 100kmph+
(shhh.... dun tell other ppl ar!! =P)
well~ some small incident happened at Tapah~~ There is a super super weird sign post!
It says to the left is Ipoh... just right when i took the left turn... Serena suddenly said:" Fish say go right to Kampar!! i juz read her SMS!"
i whispered:"Sh1T" lol
well~ luckily we're just passed the corner~ so~ U-turn isn't tht hard~ it's just...
WTH the traffic light so long one!!
but thanks to Fish~ if not hor~ we'll be lost until dunno where~ XD

well~ we keep on going wif the right track after tht~
there is some weird land mark told by my mom... b4 u reach UTAR campus...

saw a Chinese cemetery!!!
Ugh... at first i take tht as a joke~ well~ but thanks to tht joke~
i spent much of my attention looking around for cemetery!!!
weird trip~ we saw alot of cemetery~~ XD
ugh~ i skipped alot of the details along the trip... coz driving mar~
well~ saw alot stuffs lar~ u can go ZH's blog to read!!
i'm writing my feelings~~ XD

reached Utar main gate~
the agent called me and tell me to go TESCO meet him~
but but... the lake is so nice!! i cant resist to put aside the agent a while~
and lead the gang to loaf around the lake~
we took some pictures~ i recalled you yean said something about sunburn! lol
but i had fun there~ the feeling of "highness" was kick started from there~
den we went to the agent~ well~ at first~ my impression towards the agent was...
well~ i think he's a wicked salesman who gains profits from students~
coz his ART OF PERSUASION had reached a very high level~

well~ since the rental price is kinda fixed~ so~ we decided to check up the apartment he intro'ed
Pixies in ZH's blog~
i lazy copy~ =P
kinda nice apartment~ and it's the same place with fish's future-gonna-stay-apartment~

the only thing i'm worried is... i saw a UTAR's student motor parked and Ground floor... the owner tied the motor to the staircase with a very very thick chain!
i say! WTF...

after we loaf around wif the apartment~ we went back to the agent's office~ aka the double storey house he intro'ed...

FOOOYOOH!!! the house is super duper ultra maximum attractive!!!
spacious room!!! and the most important is!!!
we have a store room below the staircase!!!
JUST PERFECT TO LET RAT SLEEP IF SHE COME KAMPAR FOR HOLIDAY!!!
wakakaka! jkjk
but seriously~ the house was so attractive~ until we all running around and forget to take some pixies of the house~ (too bad... T_T)

well... sat... weird... din quite see students around... wonder where they hide...

after the agent session... we went for lunch~
Jae Son's friends brought us there~
and they "TANKED" us in the Utar campus for a peek~ XD
so cool tht we actually use the word "TANK" in real life instead of DoTA~ rofl!!
well~my mother claimed tht place is known as new kampar town~ dunno real no real lar~

well~ the building there is kinda "Portugish" to me~
those roof tiles~ wall textures~ everything is so Portugal!!!
it's like the Utar's campus surrounding is another small kingdom~
totally perfect for those who wanted a runaway from KL's "always BZ" lifestyle~

a nice meal~ its the breaklunch for me~ haven eat anything in the morning~ XD
just straight away drive~
after lunch~ we walked around the place~ 1 thing i noticed during the flashback i had before last nite's sleep... the gang of us... is the noisiest at tht place... for tht moment... other ppl like kept their volume low... thts why u felt the place is quiet and peaceful~
lol...
did we disturbed other ppl there??
later they say KL ppl LC... T_T

well~ the shop lots are mostly...
computer repair shops~
bakery~
printing services~
Comic shop~
Laundry services~
AND!!!!
CYBER CAFE!!!
there is ALOT!! i MEAN ALOT!! of bicycles parked outside of the cyber cafe!!!
O.O!
i wished i'm the Tauke!! T_T
den i'm freakin rich liao!!!
den the GRAND KAMPAR HOTEL!!! look so nice!!!
i think one day i'm gonna pay and stay for a day!! i wanna see the view from the top of tht building!!! it's the only tallest building in sight! the scenery will be super super nice up there!

well~ after the waling-after-lunch~
we head back to KL~

the only thing is... we din able to meet Sie Yu... he had some problem and not available for the moment... sei Sie Yu...

back... the original plan for going home supposed to be...
Kampar -> Tapah -> High way -> KL
but i recalled tht back then my supervisor brought me once~ to Tanjung Malim then go Batang Kali and then GENTING!!! den only reach the highway to go KL/ Pahang!!

so... the plan changed to...
Kampar -> Tapah -> High way -> Tanjung Malim -> KL-Old-Highway -> Batang Kali ->
Genting!!!(went up to the cable car station den go back down) -> KL
wakakakaka!!!
there is a few time i tought i was lost~ bringing together with a bunch of friends!
but lastly~ we saw the sign post! BATANG KALI!!! WOOH!!! METRO BUS!!! WOOH!!!
then the second time we gone the wrong way~ we saw a sign post saying 500m to Genting's turning... den... we passed the corner... coz...
THT STUPID CORNER DIN SAY GENTING THIS WAY!!!
U-turn again! lol!

well~ recalled me about my supervisor~ he used to bring me along in his modified SAGA and sprint along tht genting hill-roads~ until u heard the tyre skids abit and the sound was... EEEEE.... EEEEE.... tyre skidding... lol

of course!! i din do tht~ Myvi dun hv tht kind of horse power~ and... i dun hv the skill... and... there is 4 lives holding in my hand... so...
gear 2... and all the way to the cable car station...
quite a slow driving there...

then when we reach the down-hill part~ here come the challenging part~ in order to keep your break working and not Jammed it... u have to control it in a very sensitive way~ press and loose press and loose all the way till down hill...
well... i think my skill aint tht good yet... coz Y.Y smelled the brake burned when i took a rest near down hill...
well... i think i know wht problem liao... i drove manual... not auto back then...
and i used low gear to slide down all the way... and use brake when cornering...
but auto... i put "D"... oh silly me...

well~ after tht~ the route going back home at KL is super super familiar to me~
and i manage to go back without getting lost~ XD

Serena's mother said tht we're crazy! suddenly go genting den oni come back...
well... i din wanna do tht... coz those road are kinda dangerous for those inexperienced drivers~
it's ok for me... it's just i din prepare myself for raining! T_T
so... i drove real slow...
well~ according to my father~ in the exit of the North South Highway to KL... it's some where i definitely will lost... so... i decided to take this GENTING ROUTE!!
for i wanted to go back these few places, at least passed by~ recharge my memories~
it's some of my precious memory~ and the moto for me to travel around~ to see different stuffs~ meet different people from different cultural backgrounds~
ITS SOO SOOOOO SOOOOOOO FUN!!!!!

well~ exhausted of course... drove like whole day... but it worth it! so sooo soooo happy!!! XD
